Trio Of Beauty Baths
“According to nutritional pioneer Dr. Hazel Parcells, 65% of body cleansing is achieved via the skin!”
Throughout my early to mid-late twenties let’s just say I kept many late nights sometimes overlapping into the next day. I even so , I always ate well and took care of my skin and did whatever necessary detoxing I could manage/afford at the time to make up for it. After all it is the largest organ of our body! About twice a week I’d take one of these three baths before bed. All of these ingredients are reliability inexpensive and last longer if you buy in bulk!
Geisha Beauty Bath is my number #1 beauty bath is based off of an ancient beauty hack used by the enchanting Geisha of Japan! It’s well known that the Geisha’s would rub tea bags on their face and hands for skin rejuvenation qualities. Topically used green tea nourishes skin with antioxidants, works as an inflammatory to reduce pimple redness and the natural caffeine gives skin a boost by evening out skin tone! Additional I’ve always added sea salt and Lavender Oil to this bath. The sea salt purifies the skin , raises your vibration and body while drawing out toxins. Lavender along with adding relaxation and stress reduction which is great for reducing stress lines, but also is an inflammatory to help and prevent future breakouts.

2. The Shaman Bath is another part of staying beautiful or handsome is making sure we properly detox and cleanse out old, stagnant, low vibration energies and negative entities. If you are a highly sensitive person (HSP), you can do this to cleanse yourself after being around toxic people or environments. So my second Beauty Bath recommendation is the at home Shaman Bath. My version of the Shaman Bath consists of Epsom salt, Baking Soda, Clary Sage Essential Oil. Epsom Salt in warm water helps release hypertension and is cleansing and grounding with vital minerals like magnesium. (FYI 80% of American are magnesium deficient.) Clary Sage essential oil purifies the spirit, aids in hormone regulations and protects against psychic attacks and dark energies. Baking Soda may helps to neutralize the excess acid, remove germs, draws out toxins and aids skin irrationals like eczema, not to mention it leaves your bath sparkling clean.

3. pH Balancing Bath Last, but certainly not least is a Beauty Bath of Balancing our skin, hair and nails. Our skin, hair and nails are naturally slightly acidic of a 6.5 pH. I typically have dry skin especially in the Winter and my scalpe and hair from time to time gets stripped of oils and begins to dry. Shout out to the guys; No one likes dandruff right? In which case I highly recommend an Apple Cider Vinegar Bath! I know it sound smelly, but you will be delighted how soft, supple and glowing your skin will be. Not to mention you can save a trip to the hair dresser because it will add that desired shine to your lushes locks at it delivers natural B and C vitamins.
